Specifically designed for cutting, edge profiling and polishing granite/stone slabs plus 3D carving capabilities.  All the features you’d expect in this 5 ton fully automated 3-axis CNC machining center has a process area 4m (157 inches) x 2m (78 inches) and can handle material up to 200mm (8 inches). Outside dimensions are 6.2m (244 inches) x 3.2m (126 inches) x 2.7m (106 inches) plus room for the controller station which includes a mobile pendent.

Structure brief introduction

    The cross beam(6 ) is on the machine frame(15) through the end seat(1) and the straight guide rail of Y axis(2). And the main transmission unit of X axis is the ball rearing screw lead. The main shaft realizes the X axis-direction rotation by the servo-motor of X axis(7), reducer motor and ball bearing screw lead (5); the Y axis-direction rotation by the servo-motor of Y axis(9), synchronous belt, high precision planetary reducer(3 ), transmission shaft(8), transmission gear wheel(13) and gear rack(14). The transmission unit of X axis is mainly used to process column, irregular revolving body, Roman column, column curving and milling.

The cutting head(8) is mainly used to cave holes and cut edge. The hilt(9) has many kinds of shapes, the drawing just shows one: it can polish surface with milling stone, can drill with drill head, installed blades to realize horizontal cutting, or installed with all kinds of milling blades.
