STRUCTURE AND FEATURE |
This machine is designed for cutting marble and granite in a manual or automatic way. The blade rotates from 0 degree to 45 degree. The table tilts automatically up to 85 degree, and table rotates 0 degree, 45 degree, 90 degree,180 degree,360 degree automatically by hydraulics. |

MECHANISM PARTS |
The main mechanism parts including the bridge, the side beam and blade holder head are formed from cast iron giving unrivalled long life, precision, corrosion resistance and acoustic benefits. The surface preparation of the machine is starting with all the castings being sandblasted, washed and then two coats of paint are applied. |

The blade holder head movement left and right on oil filled guides is made by a pair of synchronized rack and pinions. |

The crossbeam and skirt beam are sealed by immersion guide way. |
