· The Monument 44 produces exceptionally high quality etching on granite monuments. · 4’ x 4’ x 12” effective work areas ( also available in 4’ x 5’ XY process area) · Uses precision ball screw drives in all 3 axis. Ball screw drives give the highest quality smoothness or motion and ultimate precision of laser placement. · You do not need to adjust the laser manually. The laser height is controlled with an automated Z-axis that raises and lowers the laser head a full 12 inches. This makes the transition from etching a 8” thick monuments or a thin tile effortless. · The Intelicam Monument44 comes with Monument Art Volume One, a series of high quality laser ready clip art specifically designed for monuments.· The extremely strong design of the entire frame and bed structure is designed to carry the weight of full size monuments. You can place monuments on the bed using a forklift, and we’ve left enough clearance for timber spacers. · Systems come complete with CADLink’s Photo Laser Plus design and control software.
